(2) To describe the impact of parents' work as fishermen on the formation of children's independence. This research was conducted using qualitative research method with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research are parents who work as fishermen involving their children and informants totaling 10 people consisting of 5 parents and 5 children using data collection techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The impact of the formation of work ethic is divided into two parts, namely the positive impact consisting of work discipline, accuracy in work and hard work. While the negative impact is the problem of time / difficulty managing time in accompanying children to study at home and the increasingly fading spirit or enthusiasm of children to help parents in doing work as fishermen. (2) The impact of the formation of independence is divided into two as well, namely being skilled and being able to earn their own income. While the negative impact is that children are still dependent on parents if the child does not get an order from the parents to do the work, then the child does not do it without their own will because they prioritize gathering with their friends.
Ferdy Kaharuddin Nawing Copyright (c) 2022 Ferdy, Kaharuddin Nawing https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 10 2 44 53 UTILIZATION OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A PPKn LEARNING MEDIA DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19 IN MTs COUNTRY 1 LABUAN https://jurnalfkipuntad.com/index.php/educ/article/view/3203
This study aims to (1) describe PPKn teachers using social media as learning media during the covid-19 pandemic at MTsN 1 Labuan (2) Describe the effectiveness of Civics learning by utilizing social media as learning media during the pandemic.
