The purpose of this study is to explain the effectiveness of the implementation of self instruction techniques to reduce students' learning saturation. The sample of this study amounted to 8 people. The research instrument used was a student learning saturation questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Wilcoxon sign rank test formula. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that before being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques from the 8 students studied, there were 8 students who had a moderate level of learning saturation. Then after being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques, there were 7 students who had a low level of learning saturation and 1 student who had a very low level of learning saturation. The level of learning saturation after being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques decreased compared to before being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques. The research employed a quantitative method and used purposive sampling to select 100 participants from the target population. Data was collected using Likert-scale instruments—specifically, a self-efficacy scale based on Bandura's theoretical framework and the quarter-life crisis scale developed by Robbins and Wilner. The analysis incorporated descriptive and inferential statistical methods, primarily employing Pearson's product-moment correlation. The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis (r = -0.304, p = 0.002), indicating that the hypothesis was supported. The data collection instrument in this study was a scale of students' academic stress level. The data that has been obtained is processed and analysed using descriptive and inferential methods with the mann whitney u test formula. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that before being given cognitive behaviour counselling services with mindfulness techniques there were 8 students from the experimental group having high levels of academic stress while 8 students from the control group had low levels of academic stress. After being given cognitive behaviour counselling services with mindfulness techniques there were 2 students from the experimental group with a low academic stress level classification and 6 students from the experimental group with a moderate academic stress level classification. While the control group did not have significant changes because they were not given cognitive behaviour group counselling services with mindfulness techniques. The purpose of this study was to increase the self-confidence of students of SMP Negeri 1 Lore Timur through group guidance of home room techniques. Students in this study amounted to 8 people. The instrument used in this research is a student self-confidence questionnaire. Data were processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Wilcoxon sign rank test formula. The results of the descriptive analysis show that before following the group guidance service home room technique of the 8 students studied, there were 2 or 25% of students who had high self-confidence, there were 5 or 52.5% of students who had low self-confidence and there were 1 or 12.5% of students had very low self-confidence.
