Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok Teknik Self Instruction Untuk Mengurangi Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa

The main problem in this study is whether self-instruction techniques are effective in reducing students' learning saturation. The purpose of this study is to explain the effectiveness of the implementation of self instruction techniques to reduce students' learning saturation. The sample of this study amounted to 8 people. The research instrument used was a student learning saturation questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Wilcoxon sign rank test formula. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that before being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques from the 8 students studied, there were 8 students who had a moderate level of learning saturation. Then after being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques, there were 7 students who had a low level of learning saturation and 1 student who had a very low level of learning saturation. The level of learning saturation after being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques decreased compared to before being given group counseling services with self-instruction techniques. The results showed that the group counseling service of self instruction technique was effective in reducing the boredom of learning of SMA Negeri 4 Palu students
