Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much flavonoids are in Physalis Angulata L, often known as ciplukan fruit. The maceration extraction method was used in this investigation. Qualitative and quantitative testing were used to conduct this study. The qualitative test revealed that flavonoid levels in the ciplukan fruit extract were present, as evidenced by a color change from pale green to orange to black. The differential pH method pH 1 and pH 4.5 were employed in a quantitative measurement of flavonoids in ciplukan fruit extract. The samples were then examined using UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 520 and 700 nanometers. The amounts of flavonoids in ciplukan fruit extract were 7.31 mg/100g, 3.855 mg/100, and -7.062 mg/100g, respectively, according to the findings.
