INSTILLING CHARACTER VALUES THROUGH LEARNING TAMBOURINE ART IN BOKAT VILLAGE, BOKAT SUB-DISTRICT BUOL DISTRICT

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to describe the cultivation of character values through learning tambourine art in Bokat Village, Bokat Subdistrict, Buol Regency. The location of this research was determined in Bokat Village, Bokat Subdistrict, Buol Regency. The subjects of this research amounted to seven people consisting of one head of Bokat Village, two trainers, and four tambourine art players. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation and the data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion/verification. The results of observations, interviews and documentation are used as a basis for discussing research problems. The results of the study found that in Bokat Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency regarding the cultivation of character values through Rebana art learning, several values were obtained, namely religion, honesty, discipline, creativity, cooperation, hard work, and responsibility.
