Abstract

This study aims to improve sixth-grade students’ learning outcomes at SDN 11 Pasar Cubadak on electrical circuits using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. Objectives include enhancing conceptual understanding, increasing student engagement in constructing series and parallel circuits, and evaluating teacher performance in applying PjBL. Results show significant improvement: knowledge scores rose from 69.72 (18% mastery) in Cycle I to 80.15 (100%) in Cycle II; practical scores increased from 68.41 (45.45%) to 78.98 (96.96%). Student activity improved from 69.08% to 90.9%, while teacher performance rose from 73.33% to 95%. The use of PjBL with hands-on media effectively boosted both student achievement and instructional quality
