Article Publication Process
Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the Online Journal System (OJS), ensuring that the manuscript complies with the author guidelines and journal template.
Initial Screening
The editorial team conducts an initial review to verify administrative completeness, relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, adherence to formatting requirements, and compliance with scientific writing ethics.
Plagiarism Check
Each manuscript is checked using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality. Manuscripts with a high similarity index may be rejected or returned for revision.
Editor and Reviewer Assignment
The editor assigns the manuscript to qualified reviewers based on their expertise for the peer-review process.
Peer Review Process
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s quality in terms of novelty, methodology, results, and scientific contribution. The review process is conducted under a double-blind system, ensuring that both author and reviewer identities remain confidential.
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accepted without revision,
- Accepted with minor revision,
- Accepted with major revision, or
- Rejected.
Revision by Author
Authors revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments and resubmit the revised version through the journal system.
Final Review and Editing
The editor reviews the revised manuscript to ensure that all reviewers’ comments have been adequately addressed and that the manuscript is ready for publication.
Production Process
Accepted manuscripts undergo final copyediting and layout editing to ensure consistency with the journal’s publication format.
Publication
The final version of the article is published online in the corresponding journal issue. Authors receive a publication notification and may download the article in PDF format.
