Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the zoom application by lecturers and students in learning activities in the arts and culture course. The formulation of the problem in this study is how effectively the use of the zoom application by lecturers and students during the covid.19 pandemic in the class A 2019 art and culture course of the PGSD UNTAD Study Program is. The research method used in this research is qualitative by conducting virtual observations, questionnaires and additional data to students taking Cultural Arts courses and also lecturers who are influential in the subject and analyzed using a presentation formula. The results showed a total of 1657 (73.6%), from the expected score of 2250 (100%). Based on the criteria, the total score is included in the good category. The results of the questionnaire are: 1,632 (65.28%), from the expected score of 2,500 (100%). Based on the criteria, the percentage of the total score is in the good category. It can be concluded that the benefits of the zoom application in learning activities during the covid 19 pandemic in the Cultural Arts course are very high, because all research data are in the good category.
