Under the supervision of Rizal.Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The research population was the principal, one homeroom teacher, and students of SDN 3 Talise, and using purposive sampling to determine the research sample consisted of one principal, one homeroom teacher, and 20 students. The research results indicated that the homeroom teacher before teaching first makes a lesson plan. Thus, the online learning process is manageable and achievable suit to the learning objectives. The homeroom teacher prepares online lesson plans and teaching materials that determine in the lesson plan. The homeroom teacher organizes the classroom during the online learning. In practice, SDN 3 Talise carries out learning activities both online and offline. Online learning is carried out using WhatsApp and Messenger applications
