PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR DUA VARIABEL DI KELAS VIII MTS. AL-KHAIRAAT KALUKUBULA

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pem­belajaran Quantum teaching yang dapat meningkatkan  hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel (SPLDV) di Kelas VIII_B MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) mengacu  pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII_B MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula  tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 28 siswa dan dipilih 4 orang siswa sebagai informan. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan  model pembelajaran quantum teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengikuti fase-fase model pembelajaran quantum teaching TANDUR yakni: (1) Tumbuhkan, guru menumbuhkan motivasi dan semangat belajar siswa (2) Alami, guru mengarahkan siswa untuk membentuk kelompok (3) Namai, siswa berdiskusi mengerjakan LKPD yang telah diberikan (4) Demostrasikan, tiap-tiap kelompok memilih perwakilan untuk menunjukan hasil diskusi kelompoknya (5) Ulangi, siswa membuat kesimpulan dari hasil pembelajaran dengan bimbingan guru (6) Rayakan, guru memberikan penghargaan berupa pujian dan tepuk tangan atas hasil kerjanya selama belajar kelompok.

Abstract: This study aimed to obtain a description of the application of the model Quantum teachingestab-learning that can improve student learning outcomes in the material system of linear equations in two variables (SPLDV) in Class VIIIB MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) refers to the study design Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, namely planning, action and observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class VIIIB MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula academic year 2015/2016 totaling 28 students and selected four students as informants. So it can be concluded that through the application of learning models Quantum teachingcan improve student learning outcomes by following the phases of the learning model Quantum teaching TANDUR namely: (1) Growing, teacher motivation and enthusiasm of student learning (2) Natural, teachers lead students to forming groups (3) Name, students discuss working LKPD which has been awarded 4) Demonstrate, each group chooses a representative to show the results of group discussion (5) Repeat, students make conclusions from the study with the guidance of a teacher (6) Celebrate the teacher gives award in the form of praise and applause for his work during the study group.
