Abstract

Researchers obtained information that this condition requires always trying to improve the quality of education. Because SD Inpres II Birobuli also experienced a period of competing for the trust of accepting new students in various ways to improve the quality of education both input, process, and output. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of education through process standards at SD Inpres II Birobuli. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research, which is the subject of research here is the principal, amounting to 1 person, the teacher totaling 6 people, and the students of SDN Inpres 2 Birobuli totaling 248 students and the samples in this study were the principal, class I teacher Up to VI and Class VI A students, totaling 20 students. These results include aspects of the standard process with several indicators, namely learning planning, implementation of learning, assessment, and supervision. The efforts of the principal at SD Inpres Dua Birobuli can be said to be good with the percentage of answers to the questionnaire given to the teacher amounting to 6 respondents who answered yes, fifty-eight percent who answered no, two percent, and twenty students' answers who answered yes, one hundred and thirty-one. and answered no sixty-nine percent.
