Analysis of the Effectiveness of Online Learning on Motivation and Results Chemistry Learning at SMAN 6 Sigi During the Covid-19 Pandemic

This study aimed to analyze and describe the effectiveness of online learning on learning motivation and the results of learning chemistry at at SMAN 6 Sigi during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample consisted of 30 students and 2 chemistry teachers. The instruments used in this study were (1) interviews, (2) questionnaires and (3) student results data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. Based on the data analysis of the learning motivation questionnaire that has been answered by students of 70.29% to the category "agree" and the data learning results obtained from the teacher with a value of 82.17 in the "high" category. The level of student success in learning can be seen from the their motivation. The higher motivation they have, the better results they get. In conclusion, it is clear that online learning during the covid-19 pandemic has been effectively implemented.
