This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes by using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model. This study is a classroom action study using the Kemmis and Me Tanggrat research design consisting of two cycles and four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects were 17 students of class V of SDN 4 Sundug, consisting of 9 male students and 8 female students. There were two data collection techniques used, namely worksheets observation of teacher and student activities and student learning outcome tests The results of the research and data analysis showed that in the first cycle of action, 9 students and 17 students had individual learning completion, with a classical learning completion percentage of 52.94% and a classical absorption capacity of 64.52% and teacher activity of 70.31% and student activity of 56.98%. In the second cycle of action, 15 students and 17 students had individual completion, with a classical learning completion percentage of 88.23% and a classical absorption capacity of 75.88%, while the second cycle of action was 87.5% and student activity of 83.53%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that learning outcomes using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language subjects in class V of SDN 4 Sindue.
