This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade V of SDN 1 Baiya through the application of a problem-based learning (PBL) model. The background of this study was driven by low student learning outcomes, as reflected in the initial test scores, which showed that only 33.33% of students met the Minimum Learning Completion Criteria (MLCC). This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with a cycle design consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 18 students. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in student and teacher learning activities. Classical learning mastery increased from 33.33% in the pre-action to 46.67% in cycle I, and increased rapidly to 86.67% in cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of a problem-based learning model can effectively improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning at SDN 1 Baiya
